Are you passionate about cars, innovation, and sustainable mobility? BYD is looking for a Sales Advisor for our showroom in Ghent. In this role, you are the key point of contact for our customers and guide them through the entire purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new customers and commercial opportunities
Inform and advise potential buyers with a personal approach, focusing on customer satisfaction
Organize and supervise test drives
Follow up with interested customers and build strong relationships
Represent BYD as a brand ambassador in the showroom, at events, and on social media
Prepare vehicle deliveries and assist with handovers in collaboration with the product engineer
Accurately handle administrative tasks related to the sales process
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interest in the automotive sector, especially electric vehicles
Results-driven, motivated, and always looking for new commercial opportunities
You love a personal approach to customer service and are a natural advisor
Experience in sales is a strong asset
You present yourself in a polished and professional manner
Hands-on, stress-resistant, and good at setting priorities
Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of English, and basic knowledge of French
