Content and Brand Manager

The Position

LIZY is looking for a Content & Brand Manager to join our team.

• Your mission is to create the best website content in our industry.

• You do this by generating a strong understanding of our users’ search intent and answer that with content that’s relevant, engaging and full of personality.

• You grow our business through content by focussing on SEO and website conversion.

• You’ll lead our interns and freelance writers. Together, you produce high quality and quantity content across 4 markets.

• You’ll be the most creative person in the company. You bring a creative spark into an otherwise very data-driven company and will own topics like brand and tone of voice.

• You collaborate cross-functionally with the website, SEA and localisation teams in order to provide the best possible UX.

• Copywriting for websites: You have 2+ years of experience as a top performing content manager for a leading digital company. You know how to balance SEO objectives with quality writing that’s engaging to the user.

• Tone of Voice and style: You are passionate about bringing some personality in our writing. You know how to create and implement a fitting tone of voice.

• Project management: You manage content production workflows in multiple languages with our team of freelancers and interns. You know how to optimize for quality as well as velocity.

• Ownership: You are results driven and you take responsibility for achieving them. You enjoy receiving freedom in defining how to get there.

• Brand development: You know how to bring real personality into our communication by defining, maintaining and implementing brand standards.

• Customer focus: You genuinely care about the customer and prioritize based on their needs.

• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
